Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent State. 2. By way of the present application, the applicant has prayed to release him on temporary bail for a period of four weeks on the ground of cultivation of his agricultural land since he is only male member who can look after the agricultural work. Mr.Kshitij Amin, learned Standing Counsel has opposed this application on the ground that the trial is being conducted on day today basis and testimony of the Investigating Officer is going to be recorded and further the learned trial Court has also rejected temporary bail application on 2..2025 and therefore, no new grounds are made out and has prayed to reject the present application. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and reasons stated in the application and considering the jail record as well as past record of the applicant wherein he was granted temporary bail thrice and on all the occasions, he has surrendered in time before the jail authority, this Court is of the opinion that the present application requires consideration and hence, it is partly allowed. 5. The convict – applicant shall be released on temporary bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual release, on executing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of R/CR.A/1407/2025 ORDER DATED: 17/06/2025 Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the jail authority. On or before the expiry of the temporary bail period, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authority without fail. The applicant shall mark his presence once in five days before the concerned Police Station. The applicant shall not seek any adjournment before the learned trial Court on the ground of his absence and shall cooperate in conducting the trial. 6. Present application stands disposed of. 7. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Jail Authority by fax / email message forthwith. 8. Rule is made absolute to aforesaid extent accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
