This instant application has been filed for modification of the order passed by this Court on 10th September, 2025 in respect of the revisional application, where because of inadvertent mistake on the part of the learned advocate on record for the petitioner, it was mentioned in the Cause Title that C.R. Case No.76 of 2023 is pending before the “learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Contai, District – Purba Medinipur” in place of “learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Contai, District – Purba Medinipur”. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that this mistake committed in the Cause Title was also reflected in the order dated 10th September, 2025 as well as 18th September, 2025. So, both in the revisional application as well as in the order passed by this Court on 10th September, 2025 the same is to be corrected. 3. Liberty is given to the petitioner to correct the Cause Title after incorporating the necessary correction and let the order dated 10th September, 2025 in the first paragraph be corrected to that extent that the “learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Contai, District – 2 Purba Medinipur” be replaced with “learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Contai, District – Purba Medinipur”. 4. Let the said correction be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated 10th September, 2025 for all practical purposes. 5. The other portions of the said order dated 10th September, 2025 shall stand unaltered. 6. Let this order form part of the order dated 10th September, 2025. 7. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. 8. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the learned Court below for information and compliance. 9. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (CHAITALI CHATTERJEE (DAS), J.)
