The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 487 of 2025 arising out of Jharia P.S. Case No. 174 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 317(4), 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 336(4), 340(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad.

On 25.06.2025, Jharia Police on the basis of confidential information, raided the garage of Md. Arif and Md. Shahrukh. On search, several motorcycles were recovered from there. They confessed their guilt and on the basis of their confession, several co-accused persons were apprehended and on their pointing out, several motorcycles were recovered.

It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad, in connection with S.T. No. 487 of 2025 arising out of Jharia P.S. Case No. 174 of 2025.
