GP FOR WOMEN DEV-CHILD WELFARE(AP) The Court made the following Order: The petitioner is challenging the in-action on part of the respondents in permitting the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker on the ground that she completed 37 years of age, though by G.O.Rt.No.102, dated 28.03.2011, age was extended upto 45 years. Considering the same, this Court on 30.10.2014 directed the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner to appoint her for the post of Anganwadi worker. 2. The learned counsel representing the respondents submits that in compliance that the orders of this Court, the respondents have accepted the application of the petitioner and placed the same before the District Selection Committee on 09.12.2014, the selection committee has considered the application of the petitioner on par with the others. However, the petitioner was not selected. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner was ineligible for the selection, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 4. With these observations, the present writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
