Taking into consideration the grounds urged in the memorandum of petition, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that more hardship will be caused to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. M.C.No.75/2023 pending on the file of the Principal Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Karwar is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the competent Court at Sirsi forthwith.
