No. 332 of 2024 arising out of Bishunpura P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 363, 368 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have eloped with the married daughter of the Informant. Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S. in which she has stated that she has voluntarily gone with the petitioner to Mumbai where she stayed together. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nagar Untari in connection with S.T.
