1. The said application is seeking transfer from the competent Court at Akola to the Court at Nagpur. During the pendency of these proceedings, a joint compromise pursis has been filed on record by the applicant and the non-applicant, who are also present before this Court. They have been identified by the respective counsels. The said compromise pursis is taken on record and marked as Exhibit “X” for identification. As per the said compromise pursis, the parties are willing to file a petition for divorce by mutual consent. An amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- (Twelve Lakhs) is to be paid by the non-applicant/husband in two installments.
2. In that view of the matter, the present miscellaneous civil application stands disposed of.
