Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 15.ll.2024 at about 19.30 hours, on receipt of credible information, the Sub- lnspector of Police, Dwaraka Police Station, along with his staff and mediators, reached the edge of the Hill adjacent to Bilal colony, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam and found the accused in possession of 1100 Grams of Ganja. The contraband was seized under cover of a mediators report and a case has been registered against the accused. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. The petitioner/Al was arrested on 15.ll.2024 and since then he is in judicial custody. The quantity of contraband allegedly seized from the possession Of accused iS 1.1 Kg of Ganja, which is not a COmmerC'lal quantity.
