This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Direct the learned court i.e. Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Court no.5, Allahabad to decide the case bearing M.A.C.P. no. 96 of 2019 (Sundariya and another Vs. Sachin Singh and others) pending in the court of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Court no.5, Allahabad since 21.01.2019, expeditiously preferably within stipulated period." 2. It is contended that Motor Accident Claim Petition No.96 of 2019 is pending consideration before Motor Accident Claim Tribunal. Court no.5, Alahabad. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said claim petition. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Allahabad to decide the Claim Petition No.96 of 2019 (Sundariya and another vs. Sachin Singh and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
