Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Deputy Director of Education (Secondary), Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh and District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh to sanction the gratuity of the late husband of the petitioner alongwith admissible interest on delayed payment from due date till actual payment is made, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2024 (Annexure No. 3 to this writ petition), within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the claim for gratuity of husband of the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent no.2. In this respect, representation dated 16.10.2024 has been filed, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.2 shall decide the representation dated 16.10.2024 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
