PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the order dated 17.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.600 of 2016 in M.C.No.57 of 2015 by the learned Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 5 of Limitation Act to condone the delay of 374 days in filing ex parte set aside petition, was allowed by the trial Court. 2. A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry, it shows that the main case i.e., M.C.No.57 of 2015 was disposed of on 29.08.2018 and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for an adjudication by this Court and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
