Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer for issuing direction to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Jaipur Metropolitan – I, Jaipur to adjudicate and decide the Acquisition Reference Case No.39/2018. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the copy of the order dated 30.10.2017 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2431/2012 has been filed before the learned Court below on 04.12.2024, however, the matter has been adjourned on seven different occasions for the said purpose only. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Reference with regard to the apportionment / division of the compensation is pending since last more than ten years and due to pendency of [2025:RJ-JP:45459] (2 of 2) [CW-15261/2025] the same, the petitioner could not receive the compensation for acquisition. 3. Looking to the peculiar facts & circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Jaipur Metropolitan – I, Jaipur to decide the pending Reference Application No.39/2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
