Order 449-1-A, C and F of the Andhra Pradesh Police Manual in the interests of justice and pass

ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue an Order or a Direction or a Writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 3 herein in not arresting the Accused i.e., the 4th Respondent herein for the offence under Sections 376 (2) (n), 406, 420, 506 I.P.C. in Crime No.6/2017 of Mahila Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District by filing incomplete Charge Sheet on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Vijayawada City, Krishna District as arbitrary, autocratic, ultravires and against to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 3 herein to arrest the 4th Respondent herein by following the guidelines issued under Standing Order 449-1-A, C and F of the Andhra Pradesh Police Manual in the interests of justice and pass ....”
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents on instructions would submit that the respondent police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet and that no further orders are necessary in this matter.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
