Whereas, Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted a letter addressed by the Inspector of Police, Gunadala P.S., to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the Revisionist died on 05.11.2024. Photocopy of the death certificate filed along with the letter also fortifies the said fact. In view of the death of the Revisionist, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
