Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused material on record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed to direct the court concerned to decide the Criminal Revision No.26 of 2025 (Sunaina Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others) under section 145 (1) Cr.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Azamgarh pending in the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Azamgarh. 3. It is submitted that the above noted criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist / applicant which is pending since long before the revisional court and the said court is not taking interest in deciding the same. 4. It appears from the perusal of the order-sheets, which have been annexed with the supplementary affidavit filed in support of the present application, that the said revision was filed on 22.12.2021 but however the same was admitted on 23.1.2025 and the delay occurred because the said revision was filed after the stipulated period of time and that is why after disposal of the application u/s 5 of the Limitation Act, the revision was admitted. 5. Although the said revision is not very old from the date of its admission but keeping in view the fact that in fact the revision has already been filed in the year 2021 but due to the disposal of the delay condonation application, it was kept pending since the year 2025, the learned Session Judge is directed to decide the said revision expeditiously either by the Session Court itself or it may be transferred to any other competent court at Azamgarh for its expeditious disposal. 6. Application u/s 529 BNSS stands disposed of accordingly.
