The present Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant-Rahul Kumar seeking anticipatory bail under Sections 319(2),318(4), 336(3) and Section 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in Case Crime No.83 of 2025, registered at Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. 2. As per the First Information Report, Soyab and Mukeem were arrested on 06.03.2025 by the police party. They told the police party that they cheat people with co-accused Jitendra. 3. Heard Mr. Sachin Kumar Sharma, learned 2025:UHC:1782 2 counsel for applicant and Mr. G.S Sandhu, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for the respondent. 4. Mr. Sachin Kumar Sharma, Advocate has contended that the name of the present applicant has not been disclosed in the First Information Report. 5. Mr. G.S. Sandhu, Addl. Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that no evidence has been found against the applicant yet, therefore, the Investigating Officer is not going to arrest the applicant. 6. After the said submission, Mr. Sachin Kumar Sharma, Advocate has requested to decide the present application. 7.
