Petitioner has approached this Court at a belated stage seeking relief that he may be paid salary for the period from January, 2020 to September, 2021 as he has worked for the said period also as Assistant Teacher. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner refers a representation dated 21.12.2024 annexed alongwith this writ petition, without any proof that it was served upon concerned respondent. Otherwise also, contents of representation are bereft of necessary details of claim. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondents-2 and 3 fairly submits that in case petitioner has worked for aforesaid period as Assistant Teacher, his claim may be considered. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, ignoring that petitioner has approached this Court at a belated stage, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a detail representation mentioning necessary facts and requisite proof that he has worked for aforesaid period, and if it is filed within three weeks from today, concerned respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate reasoned order and in case of any legal impediment, the same may also be communicated to petitioner, within a short period.
