Mr. Rakesh Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice for the respondents. The Execution Petition is revived and the same is restored to its original number. The State is directed to comply with the aforesaid order by granting working charge status, necessary pay fixation within a period of eight weeks from today. Thereafter, the necessary request be sent to the Accountant General for re-fixation of pension as the petitioner has now retired. The application stands disposed of.
