When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Vamsi Krishna, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause of action does not survive in the present writ petition as the certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioner herein. In view of the said submission, no orders are required to be passed in this case. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 4.
