This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is, therefore most respectfully prayed in the interest of justice equity and good conscience that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the revision and be pleased to set-set-aside the impugned order dated 20-05-2019 (Annexure A-1), in the interest of justice.” 4. From perusal of the record, it transpires that instance criminal revision has been filed with delay of 27 days and till date delay has also not yet been condoned, it appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stand vacated. 6.
