ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction by issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 for allotment of a D category site.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders would be passed.
3. In the light of the said submission, without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law and communicate the orders so passed within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
