The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 87/2025 arising out of Basantrai P.S. Case No. 17/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 139, 143, 144 & 65 of the B.N.S. 2023, subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 96 & 64(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. District Sessions Judge-I- cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Godda. 3. Victim had gone to Chandigarh with her parents. She went to Ambala at the instance of the petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner told the victim to return to Chandigarh. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
