Learned counsel representing the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner would be content and satisfied in case directions are issued to Deputy Commissioner, Una, to decide pending appeal of the petitioner in time bound manner.

While putting in appearance on behalf respondents No. 1 to 6, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General states that he is not averse to the aforesaid innocuous prayer made by the petitioner.

Careful perusal of averments contained in the petition as well as documents annexed therewith reveal that petitioner herein being aggrieved of selection of respondent No.7 against the post of
- 2 - Anganwadi Worker at Anganwadi Centre Kutharbeet Makodghadh Kumhar Kabir Panthi Mohalla, Tehsil Haroli, District Una, Himachal Pradesh, filed appeal before the Deputy Commissioner, Una, but same is pending adjudication for quite long.

Having taken note of the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner as well as fair stand adopted by the learned Deputy Advocate General, this court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the same with direction to the Deputy Commissioner Una, to consider and decide pending appeal of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably, within four weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other stake holders and pass speaking order. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
