JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR Order 20/01/2025 1. This petition has been filed for shifting the petitioner who is presently confined in Central Jail, Bikaner (Raj.) to Open Air Camp, Bichwal, Bikaner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application for shifting the petitioner was sent by the petitioner himself through e-mail to respondent no.2 on 20.10.2024 but no order on the said application has been passed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that the petition be disposed of with the directions to respondent no.2 [2025:RJ-JP:2745] (2 of 2) [CRLW-79/2025] to dispose of the application of the petitioner pending before him as early as possible. 4. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to dispose of the application of the petitioner to shift the petitioner to Open Air Camp within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
