The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 291 of 2024 arising out of Sadar Chatra P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 304B, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Preeti Kumari, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that the independent witness has stated that prior to the occurrence, there was quarrel between the petitioner and his wife, due to which, she committed suicide. It was further submitted that the charge has been framed under Section 306 of the I.P.C. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra in connection with S.T.
