2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 26 of 2025 arising out of Patherdih P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) & 311 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned District Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Dhanbad.
3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 506 of 2025 by order dated 24.01.2025.
4. On 15.09.2024, at about 10:15 P.M., the informant was waylaid by six dacoits near Jharia-Sindri Main Road. The dacoits looted Rs. 9.00 lakhs and other articles from the informant.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has been identified in the T.I. Parade by single witness and Rs. 46,000/- has been recovered from his possession.
6. Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Gautam Dhiwar has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7938 of 2025.
7. On perusing his bail order, it appears that nothing was recovered from his possession.
8. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
