PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T MALLIKARJUNA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.2201 of 2013 ORDER: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he could not get instructions from the party. Based on the submission made, this Court called for the report from the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Krishna, directing him to secure the presence of the petitioner and the respondent No.1 who are the parties in M.C.No.210 of 2009 and record their statements. 2. Report received from the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Krishna, which shows that, notice sent to both the parties were returned with an postal endorsement “no such persons in this address.” On 23.07.2025, this Court finally concluded that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case and posted the matter today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. 3. Considering the material on record, it establishes that petitioner is not pursuing the matter. Despite the best efforts made, address particulars of both the parties could not be traced out. 4. In the said facts of the case, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
