Case No. 45 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the I.P.C. and 66(B)(C), 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of Miss Jyotsna Pandey, learned J. M. 1st Class, Koderma. 3. On 24.06.2024, Satgawan police on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at place near village- Marchoi, Satgawan, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the co- accused persons. On search, mobile phones and e-gadget were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that petitioners were not arrested at spot. It was further submitted that name of the petitioners has transpired in confession of apprehended co-accused persons. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Jyotsna Pandey, learned J.
