By means of this review application, applicant is seeking review of the order dated 11th March, 2025 passed in Writ - A No.- 16847 of 2024 on twins grounds: Firstly, petitioner having obtained more marks as per answers opted by him in the OMR sheet if correct answers are produced then the petitioner would be given more marks than what has come to be awarded to him; secondly, he has also prayed for an OMR sheet. Learned counsel for the respondent-Commission Sri Singhal submits that total marks obtained by the petitioner has already been disclosed to the petitioner on 28th September, 2024 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 and as far as the OMR sheet of the petitioner is concerned,, a carbon copy of the OMR sheet is always made available to the candidates. It is further submitted that petitioner's answer key being matched with the final answer key, for the marks that have been obtained by her, she could not catch up with the last cut off of the selected candidate as per the normalized marks. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. Review application is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is clarified that whatever marks has been obtained by the candidate, namely applicant as per the final answer key published by the Commission that shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks soon after the conclusion of the selection process.
