JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 28/10/2025 Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the status report dated 21.10.2024 furnished by the SHO, Police Station Salasar, District Churu which is taken on record. Inviting attention of this Court towards the aforesaid factual report, learned Public Prosecutor submits that after investigation, while, involvement of Smt. Rachna Sharma, Smt. Vandana Sharma, Smt. Durga Devi and Shri Hariram Sharma was not found, charge-sheet was filed against Dharmendra and Mahendra under Section 498A IPC way back on 07.11.2022 and in view thereof, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are rendered infructuous. Learned counsels for the petitioners do not dispute the aforesaid statement. In view thereof, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
