...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not producing the petitioner C. Rajasekaran, S/o. Late Chinnappan who is shown as accused in various crimes mentioned in the affidavit before the Jurisdictional Magistrate by obtaining necessary PT warrants for his production before the Judicial Magistrate and waiting till he gets a bail from the Magistrate before whom he produced or till he get enlarged on bail on the failure of the respondents to file charge sheet (statutory bail) and thereafter seeking PT warrants for his production before the jurisdictional Magistrate in one of the crime in which he is shown as accused and which is registered while he was in judicial custody as arbitrary, illegal, abuse of procedure established by law, malafide and done only with a view to detain him in custody for as long as possible, and issue consequential direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner before each of the jurisdictional Magistrate and wherein various crimes as mentioned in the Affidavit registered immediately after he is remanded to judicial custody without waiting for bail or till he is enlarged on statutory bail and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrates in relation to the crimes registered against him immediately, after he is remanded to Judicial Custody by a Magistrate in a particular crime in which he is produced before the Magistrate, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not producing the petitioner C.Rajasekaran, S/o. 2. Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. This petition is filed seeking declaration of the action of respondents in not producing the petitioner in all cases by obtaining necessary Prisoner Transit warrant from the Court.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that petitioner is produced in all the cases lodged against him. Learned

Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Considering the submissions made, the present Writ Petition is
disposed of. No order as to costs.
