JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 25-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhara Kothi P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping a minor girl. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2025. 5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86819 of 2025(5) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Purnea/ concerned Court in connection with Barhara Kothi P.S.
