Learned counsel for the appellant submits that yet another petition (WP(C) No. 1471/2024) involving identical issues is also pending consideration which is now posted for 25.07.2025. Accordingly, he submits that in the given circumstances, it would be expedient if both the petitions (WP(C) No. 1219/2025 and WP(C) No. 1471/2024) are clubbed and heard together. Ordered accordingly.
