Learned counsel for applicant submits that the advocate appointed on behalf of the applicant was engaged in another Court, hence, he could not appear on 02.9.2024, when the case was called for hearing. Hence, it is prayed that this restoration application may be allowed. 3. Learned State Counsel has no objection in allowing the prayer. 4. On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the application, which is duly supported with an affidavit, and particularly considering the fact that within 15 days of dismissal of the writ petition, instant MCC was filed, hence, I feel inclined to allow the application for restoration of WPS No.5339/2018. 5.
