JUSTICE S.SUNIL DUTT YADAV) The present writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent No.2, the Deputy Commissioner, Belagavi District, to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner Company at Annexure-P and to take appropriate action. Further reliefs are sought including issuance of writ of mandamus to respondent No.4 to take action on the complaint as well as direction is sought to respondent No.5 to consider the representation. 2. It is to be noticed that the writ petition was filed in the year 2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the plant had been put up and is functioning.
