The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking following reliefs :- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and further be pleased to set-aside / quashed the FIR dated 24.09.2021 in crime no. 1206/2021 registered in Police Station – Sarkanda, Distt. Bilaspur (C.G.) and all subsequent proceeding arising out aforesaid FIR, in the interest of justice.” 2. None appears for the petitioner to press this petition on repeated calls. 3. Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State/respondent Nos. 1 to 4 states that in the present case charge sheet has already been submitted and the case is fixed for framing of charge on 13.10.2025. 4. In that view of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law if any further cause of action arises against him.
