His father and mother got united from 2017 onwards and they are residing together. The 3'^^ respondent is aged about 30 years, of course, an unemployed depending on the earnings of his 1 Dr.YLRJ Grl.R.C.No.l975of2011 Datedl8.06.2025 father. The 4*^ respondent/Sree Vidhya is now aged about 21 years working as a Secondary Grade Teacher at Cherropalli Village of Rolla Mandal she is unmarried and is under the care and custody of the petitioner. The respondent No.5/Prathyusha is aged about 24 years she got married to one Vara Prasad of Lingareddy Palli Village of Kothacheruvu Mandal. In view of the statement of the petitioner, nothing remains in this revision case for further adjudication. The statement of the petitioner also reiterates the same. In view of the report of the learned Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Ananthapuramu, and the statements of the petitioner and the 3'^^ respondent, the revision case can be disposed of as settled out of Court. 2.In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised out of Court.
