The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nimiaghat P.S. Case No. 70 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri. S. N. Kujur, learned J.M.F.C., Giridih. On 28.07.2025, motorcycle of the informant parked outside Prasad Hardware shop, Isri Bazar was stolen by unknown persons. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and two stolen motorcycles parked outside his house were recovered. It was submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri.
