MALLIKARJUNA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.1608 of 2011 Order: This Criminal Revision Case, has been filed by the petitioner/respondent, questioning the order, dated 08.07.2011 passed in F.C.M.P.No.6 of 2010 by the Judge, Family Court, Srikakulam. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that report has been filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Srikakulam I Town Police Station, stating that, despite best efforts made to serve notice on the petitioner, it could not served. Whereas, the statement of the un- official respondent is recorded wherein she stated that she got divorce from her husband and both are living their lives separately. Despite best efforts made notice could not be served to the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non- prosecution. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
