JUSTICE SHUBHA MEHTA Order 28/10/2025 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners for non-compliance of the order dated 07.07.2022 passed by this Court. We have perused the order dated 07.07.2022 passed by this Court by which the CEO, Gram Panchayat was directed to look into the grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition. Learned AAG appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that prior to passing of the order dated 07.07.2022, the village where the land is situated has already been declared as part of Nagarpalika vide notification dated 13.06.2022.
