Case No. 216 of 2019 for the offences registered under Sections 420, 409, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Petitioner happens to be Sub-Post Master at Sub-Post Office, Barwadih, Giridih (Town). It is alleged that by forged bank draft, money was withdrawn from the post office. 4. It was submitted that for the same occurrence, this case and one RC case which is investigated by the C.B.I has been instituted. It was further submitted that petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in the RC Case by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It was finally submitted that there is specific allegation against one Arvind Kumar Pandey of having misappropriated the alleged amount. 4. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail but does not object the aforesaid fact. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Giridih(M) P.S.
