Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:51396 Court No. - 80 Case :- APPLICATION U/S 529 BNSS No. - 748 of 2025 Applicant :- Rekha Kumari Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Pankaj Keshari,Ravindra Kumar Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Nalin Kumar Srivastava,J. 1. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Criminal Case No. 2207 of 2017, arising out of case crime no. 294 of 2017, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It appears from the perusal of the record that above case is pending at the stage of recording of evidence. Needless to say that evidence may be adduced by the applicant / complainant herself but it is very strange that instead of adducing evidence, the applicant / complainant unnecessarily knocked the door of this Court, which is not a good practice. However, the Court concerned is directed to make all endeavours for expeditious disposal of the case, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 4. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
