The Writ Petition is filed questioning the Proceedings in Roc.No.KSCCL/PMC/2016/Legal, dated 14.11.2016 issued by the Respondent No.2 to the extent of holding that the CV of the Team Leader of the Petitioner is fraudulent and fabricated while declaring that the Team Leader of M/s Aarvee Associates as fraudulent and fabricated as illegal, arbitrary and consequently declare the Tender Notification dated 14.11.2016 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. This Court on 30.11.2016 stayed the first limb of the Order declaring that there was some mis-representation/omission/non- disclosure of complete facts and playing fraud and fabrication to suit the requirements of the Petitioner while permitting the Respondent authorities to proceed with the fresh tender process. 3. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in this Writ Petition does not appear to survive for adjudication. 4. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
