The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the order dated 18/07/2025 (Annexure-P/1) whereby his services have been SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.08.06 10:51:44 +0530 2 attached to Lingo Mudiyal College of Agriculture & Research Station, Narayanpur and prayed the following reliefs in the writ petition:- 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the same order dated 18.07.2025, six other persons have been transferred, whereas the petitioner services have been attached in the Narayanpur Agriculture College. He is presently posted at Shaheed Gundadhoor College of Agriculture & Research Station, Kumhrawand, Jagdalpur. He has remained in scheduled area for a long time and again his services have been attached in the core scheduled area. Against his order of attachment, he has already made representation on 21.07.2025 to the Respondent No. 3 but the same has not been considered till date and he has been ex parte relieve from the Jagdalpur College. The impugned order of attachment affects his family life also as his minor children are studying at Jagdalpur and his wife is also posted at Government Service at Jagdalpur. Therefore, the impugned order of attachment is liable to be quashed. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondent no. 2 & 3 would submit that the Indra Gandhi Krishi Vishvidyala is an autonomous body and the Circulars with respect to the posting and transfer of the employees, issued by the State Government is not applicable to the university and looking to the administrative exigencies at Lingo Mudiyal College of Agriculture & Research Station, Narayanpur, the services of the petitioner has been attached there, although, there is no ground available to the petitioner to challenge the order of attachment yet he has moved his representation on 21.07.2025 before the Respondent No. 3 which is under consideration before the Respondent No. 3 and 3 the petitioner may pursue his representation before the authorities concerned to redress his grievances. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submissions made by the parties, further considering that the petitioner had already made his representation on 21.07.2025 (Annexure-P/5) before the Respondent No. 3, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to take a decision on the said representation dated 21.07.2025 made by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 3 within 02 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law and applicable Rules and Circulars. 6. The petitioner is directed to produce the copy of this order to the Respondent No. 3 within a week. 7. Till the decision of the representation of the petitioner, status quo, as obtained today, shall be maintained by the parties. 8.
