Petitioner is serving as Ayurvedic Pharmacist at Government Ayurvedic Health Center, Gue, Tehsil Kaza, District Lahul & Spiti. His case is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, a representation (Annexure P-1) was preferred to respondent for transfer which has still not been considered and decided by the respondents. 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
