For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s) /direction(s) upon the Respondent Authorities for initiating an investigation against Srikant Basfor @ Bhola Dom, who is presently working as a safai karmchari in Category-III, BCCL Central Hospital by misrepresenting himself as Bhola Dom @ Srikant Basfor, Son of Late Prayag Dom and is continuously working on such a false misrepresentation since 1989 and thus, have shattered the legitimate claim and entitlement of the Petitioner, who is original Bhola Dom, Son of Late Prayag Dom. AND/OR The Petitioner further prays that after the completion of investigation, the Respondent No. 4 be suitably punished in

accordance with law for such a false misrepresentation in the matter of appointment in government service.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent-BCCL is present and has no objection.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
