Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 would submit that it was unnecessary for his clients to send a proposal seeking the approval of the Assistant Registrar for appointment of Respondent No.4. 2) Mr. Pawar, would submit that appointment of Respondent No.4 as Secretary is illegal. It would be open for the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings challenging the appointment of Respondent No.4 as Secretary or the order terminating his services. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. 3) Leaving the remedy for the Petitioner to question his own termination, as well as to challenge the appointment of Respondent No.3, open, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
