Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at G.H.S. Bhadela u/c GSSS Mangli, Education Block, Salooni, District Chamba, H.P. stated to be hard/ tribal area. Her case is that on completion of requisite tenure, she preferred a representation on 11.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) seeking transfer inter alia on completion of normal tenure, medial condition and invoking clause 5.4 providing concession to couples working under the State government in view of fact that 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 petitioner’s husband is serving as State government employee at Dari, Dharamshala, District Kangra, H.P., her representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to consider and decide her representation within a fixed time schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
