In terms thereof, the services of the petitioner have been allowed to be counted for pensionary benefits, in accordance with order dated 01.11.2024. A copy of the said order has also been enclosed with the compliance affidavit. Consequently, the contractual service rendered by the petitioner w.e.f. 12.12.1997 has
