After hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioner for some time, when this Court expressed its disinclination to interfere with the impugned order, on instructions of the brother of Petitioner No. 2, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. His statement is accepted. 2. In view of the statement, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Needless to clarify that the proceedings bearing R.C.C. No. 47 of 2013 have been pending before the learned Trial Court for more than 10 years, i.e. since the year 2013. In view of the same, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barshi, is directed to hear and dispose of Criminal Revision Application No. 5 of 2015 pending before him as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the receipt of a copy of this order.
